Description:
A general inquiry into law and the legal system of the United States, with particular emphasis on the U.S. Constitution, Courts and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Intentional and Unintentional Torts in the overview portion of the course. Significant attention is given to contract formation, performance and remedies under the Common Law of Contracts.
