This course is a continuation of PHYS 1024. It is appropriate for a liberal arts or technical student who plans to complete a four-year degree. The topics covered include: simple harmonic motion, waves, light, electricity and magnetism. Problem solving is stressed. The course includes a lab each week covering the topics listed for this course.
