Robert Haley has led the swimming program for the past two seasons. He has led the men's team to the NJCAA non-scholarship National title in 2008 and back-to-back runner-up finishes at the Northeast Districts. The women's team also continues to climb finishing 3rd at Districts and 9th at Nationals.
Haley is a graduate of Alfred State College. He received his associate degree in Landscape Development and Ornamental Horticulture.
While attending ASC, Haley swam one season. During that season he swam the 50, 100, 200 freestyle and the 100 and 200 backstroke. He was also a key member of several relay teams. At the NJCAA National Championships, Haley earned All-American honors in seven different events.
Haley works as the Alfred State College landscaper and is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the athletic fields. He lives in Hornell with his wife Bobbi Jo and three children, Lillian, Cullen, and Molly.
